Refunds & Return Policy

At Cassius Wild, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Refunds & Return Policy below for details on how to return items and request refunds.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. Include the following information in your email:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (cash or COD reversal) within 7 to 10 business days.

Refunds are only provided for the item’s purchase price and do not include any shipping fees paid at the time of order, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us at [email protected]. We’ll assist in resolving the issue.
