Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (where applicable). Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery Orders
All purchases at Cassius Wild are completed via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.
